AQUATIK Softening plants is designed to remove calcium and magnesium ions which cause the hardness of water. The hardness in raw water gets exchanged with sodium ions in the sodium based cationic resin bed thus giving real soft water. Softening plants is designed to cater to the requirment of scale prevention of utility / plumbing fixtures from total hardness.
Water softening plant is Widely used in individual Home, Bunglow, Apartments, Hotels and Industries for specific purpose.
Softners are available in MS, MSRL, FRP, S.S. operating in Manual/Auto mode.
Demineralisation plant offerd by us is based on cost effective ion technology with counter current regeneration. DM plants is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process. The DM plats are loaded with highly efficient CATION and ANION exchanger and are also loaded with degasification system to remove every trance of minarals from the system.
AQUATIK offers standard DM Plants with FRP/Mild Steel Rubber Lining & SS 316 L (Quarts Lined) contruction.
